this has been covered here before, it was confirmed (sort of) that it was a justin strauss remix. But it appears to be either on a release that is not on discogs, is on discogs but has been missed by us all, or just something that was not released at the time. Judging by the people who have it, i think it might be the 3rd option. But who knows…
